Lack of service
Tried to find a phone number to discuss a problem and every number listed in Australia is no longer connected.
Also had issue with their insurance but again impossible to contact !

There is no way to speak with anyone about a flight change and the AI chat bot doesnt understand.
Its a circular mess that you cant get out of and the Australia number isnt correct here.

All I get is robot AI chat and all the phone numbers I have tried are disconnected. Now I need to file a fraud claim with my bank to get the money back.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had to get a taxi from salou to Barcelona airport as your bus driver never turned up sent my receipt to last minute 6 weeks ago now still no response???
Me and my son waited for a hour for our bus driver didnt turn up so had to get taxi from salou to Barcelona airport at the cost of £200 euros
