Lack of service

Tried to find a phone number to discuss a problem and every number listed in Australia is no longer connected.

Also had issue with their insurance but again impossible to contact !

Difficulty in flight change

There is no way to speak with anyone about a flight change and the AI chat bot doesnt understand.

Its a circular mess that you cant get out of and the Australia number isnt correct here.

User's recommendation: Go direct to the airline. The little savings isn’t worth it!

You can’t get through so was useless. It’s ridiculous how they got away with.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had to get a taxi from salou to Barcelona airport as your bus driver never turned up sent my receipt to last minute 6 weeks ago now still no response???
